A film study filmed in 4k on smartphone, graded and edited in DaVinci Resolve.
This study takes in some of the scenery and little vignettes of living in DTLA for five years (at the point it was created). This was a point when cell phone technology was approaching quality comparable to film, at least in resolution. My challenge was to utilize the limited equipment (literally just my LG V20 phone) to create a visual collage that looked like it could have been filmed on an actual camera.
